McDonald’s.

As a vegan, it’s ironic that I credit fast food as the start of the major events that led to where I am today, but it all makes sense if you ask me about it. Long story short, since flipping burgers in high school, I’ve toured with and promoted numerous musicians, managed an all-ages venue, coordinated shows and festivals, written children’s stories in South Korea, hosted talks at vegetarian conferences, moved far too many times, and started the vegan magazine, T.O.F.U., which is read worldwide.

Now, after quitting my full-time job as a Copywriter with a web and marketing agency in 2014, I’m choosing to focus my time on T.O.F.U. while house sitting and travelling as far as I can.
