WAIW | Pause For Puppies

Admittedly, things now feel less weird here in Da Lat, despite the fact that I know so much of the world is dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic thanks both to the news and also conversations I’ve been having with friends around the world about their new normals. So, when my partner suggested we go out this morning to a cafe with another friend, I didn’t have much hesitation in doing just that.

Granted, I wore my mask up until the point where we sat down at the table, but I still spent a part of my time out in public today without wearing one and covered a good bit of ground around the city. During this exploration, I also spent a good part of today away from most people in a rather peaceful spot.

And there were puppies.

In the hopes that maybe it might bring a bright spot to your day, I thought maybe I should share that experience in this weeks’ WAIW episode.
