I’m hopping on the late bus to Saigon in about an hour, so that means that I had to visit one of my favourite places to eat in Da Lat, Vietnam one last time earlier today. I’ve been calling them “fried corn things” ever since I first had them, but the correct name is “chả ram bắp” and they’re delicious.
As I mention in the video, I’m hoping to do another video around my favourite spots in Da Lat, so I’ll go into more detail about this wonderful food in that one. For now, here’s this week’s episode, and now I’ve got a bag to pack!
